Well organised, supported and friendly event. However this year I ran injured, nearly bailed but came in towards the end of the race by which time no water/goodie bags left. When asked why was told the ‘company could only afford 250’ of the advertised bags. Shame as those at the back probably struggle more, needing that boost when others have most have gone and course is being dismantled around you. Luckily I had bought my own water but for others it may have been an issue as water (and bags) were advertised as part of finishers package. Thankfully Red Lion had not skimped on their hospitality so my friend and I did enjoy our bacon sarnies at the end. Also there were plenty of mugs and pens from the sponsors too. Thank you

Really friendly event in a scenic part of Cambridge
I think next time have more water. It had run out by the time my Dad and I crossed the line. This was more important than the running short of medals and mementos.
Still it was a lovely event. Thank you to the Marshalls and volunteers.

Organise well volunteer are very helpful it would be nice if there is water station from the start.over all I will recommend this run for my friends.Hope to see you next year.

Really nice event
well organised event with lot of freebies and free food.
Just to note there was a junction not signed or not really visible and have water stations, especially at the end would have appreciated.
I would try to join next year again and recommend to other friends.

Some terrain across the fields was extremely bumpy and did not allow speed (almost sprained my ankle several times!)

There was no water at the finish when I went to get it- I assume enough was ordered and perhaps some people who didn't run had partaken. This meant I had to leave quicker than I would have liked to get hydrated and I think it would be worth taking care to have enough, as it really is expected. Otherwise fantastic, well done to all concerned you do a great job. Marshalling encouragement is second to none and the mike comments at the finish are a great touch. Keep going please !

Lovely trail route, well signposted and varied terrain. Great organisation, lovely medals and the best bit was the free bacon roll!

Friendly but bumpy
Bag drop didn't seem very secure. Good to have veggie option this year. Well-signposted course, friendly marshalls. Announcements were difficult to hear.

My first event as a runner, and later on in life, great course, marshals were on point, very well organised.
Maybe a few more loos, got a bit busy before the start, but really not complaining. Thoroughly enjoyed the event.
